So this aging baby boomer decides to take trumpet lessons. Well to say that i was lucky enough to get Matt to introduce me to the instrument & get me started would be an understatement. Though his youthful appearance betrays him, he is knowledgeable beyond his years. He is a well rounded musician ( plays many) and more importantly knows how to teach you the critical theory behind the music in a very relatable fundamental way. If you are willing to “ buy in” and hold the “ axe to the grindstone “ you will wind up with a very sharp axe! Kudos to you lad!
